The recommended ISO Par Consulting Approach varies, depending on the size, nature and complexity of the organization and the perceived strengths and weaknesses of the client’s quality system.

Typically, the following phases of an implementation process are followed:

Phase 1: DOCUMENT DEVELOPMENT

2: Quality Manual: develop draft
3: Quality System Procedures: develop draft
4: Quality Manual and Quality System  Procedures: review & issue
5: Production Documentation: develop & issue

 Phase 2: IMPLEMENTATION

6:  Conduct Internal Audits
7:  Corrective & Preventive Actions identified and resolved
8:  Assist with Registrar Selection
9:  Monitor the Management Review Meetings

Phase 3: FINAL ASSESSMENT
